Dubai Targets Agentic AI Adoption with Training for Over 14,000 Firms

The programme is part of Dubai’s broader effort to transition the private sector towards Agentic AI, with training delivered through Dubai Chambers Academy to help businesses apply the technology and create sustainable value.

Dubai Chambers has launched specialised Agentic AI training for more than 14,000 private-sector companies, aimed at helping businesses use the technology in their operations and identify practical applications.

The training is part of Dubai’s programme to transition the private sector towards Agentic AI, launched under the directives of H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence of the UAE, and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai.

The move reinforces the UAE’s broader push to accelerate Agentic AI adoption across government and the private sector, following Vice-President and Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum’s two-year plan to transition 50% of government services and operations to Agentic AI.

The training will be delivered through Dubai Chambers Academy, a new e-learning platform where participants will learn about tools and solutions for improving operations, efficiency, productivity and decision-making, as well as ways to apply Agentic AI to specific business functions.

Dubai Chambers Chairman H.E. Eng. Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansoori said Agentic AI can help companies handle complex tasks, improve decision-making and increase productivity, creating new opportunities for business growth.

“Through these specialised training tracks, we aim to equip the private sector with the capabilities and expertise needed to understand Agentic AI and translate its potential into practical applications,” he added.

Dubai Chambers has also formed an Executive Committee for Agentic AI to accelerate private-sector adoption and help businesses respond to changes in AI technology.
