FBI Director Kash Patel has credited AI tools for helping the agency locate 6,300 missing children and arrest 2,000 accused abusers over the past year.

FBI Director Kash Patel says the agency has made AI its “centrifugal force,” crediting the technology with a 30% jump in missing children recoveries and the arrest of 2,000 accused abusers in the past year. The FBI has partnered with OpenAI, Anthropic, xAI and Palantir, among others.
